Polypropylene flexible shafts offer exceptional maneuverability, enabling easy access to hard-to-reach areas. Their flexibility allows them to navigate along edges and around corners without causing any scratches. These shafts are particularly suitable for applications involving glue and adhesives that react with metals. In cases where the tip position is affected by bending, we recommend using the PTFE-lined tip for optimal performance.
The Polypropylene construction of the needle shaft provides the advantage of being cut to the desired length, ensuring suitability for various applications. Shaft lengths available include 1/2 and 1 1/2 inches.
Our industrial-grade flexible shafts are safe for use with fluid pressures up to 100 psi. Furthermore, they are certified silicone-free and chloride-free, guaranteeing compatibility with stringent industry requirements.
